In Spring of 2022 I was asked to lead a strategic shift in direction of a Betenbough Companies start-up, Impact Title.

  • Promoted to general manager of two-year start-up, Impact Title, to develop and implement org restructure and sustainable workforce growth while enhancing financial health.

  • Report directly to Betenbough Companies board, leading team of four managers supporting 20+ team members in executing 2,000+ home closings annually.

  • Overhauled team structure and redeveloped title, escrow, and closing roles to promote process efficiency and job satisfaction.

  • Selected and trained two front-line leaders and two senior leaders.

  • Reformed title processing system, including enhancing cohesion of three software programs.

Employee Support Manager // December 2020 to May 2022

  • Executed complete department restructure, growing team of six to 14, providing direction and discernment for all traditional elements of human resources (payroll, benefits, compliance) as well as employee culture/experience, onboarding, and training.
